Problems
The paging loudspeaker system is too loud
and disturbs customers. How else can I immediately contact Sales
and Service staff when customers on the phone are on hold?
Sales people are not replying soon to potential
buyers and we are losing car sales.
Frustrated customers complain that service
advisors do not reply quickly to messages. The service level is
low.
It is difficult to find sales and service
people in our large building.
Solution
Install the QUIKPAGER Wireless on-site
paging equipment and provide alphanumeric pagers to your Sales and
Service personnel.
Receptionists can send specific text messages to sales staff waiting
for calls from potential buyers. Find people instantly and inform
them, discreetly, who is on the phone at that moment, even if they
are talking to customers. Help them close important sales. Increase
productivity.

Main Package Features
- QUIKPAGER Wireless is a self-contained

a telephone line interface connection.
- A 5 Watt transmitter covers approximately
150,000 Sq. Ft., depending on terrain and building material. More
power is available to cover larger areas.
- QUIKPAGER Wireless allows paging
from any touch-tone phone following voice prompts. You can page
(6) programmable canned messages appended with telephone numbers.
- A QUIKPAGER 2400 is used as a second
point of entry of messages.
Operation Example
The Sales Department receptionist answers a
call for John Brown. Receptionist types John on QUIKPAGER while
talking with caller and then types the name of the caller, the phone
number, and the details of the message (no more handwritten messages).
Receptionist tells caller that she is paging a "text" message to John.
She asks the caller to hold the line for a minute.
In a second, John's pager silently vibrates
and he reads. "Clark Kent needs price for 48-month lease, on the line
2". John decides to take the call. If John does not take the call,
Receptionist tells caller that John got the "text" message and offers
voice mail.
The advantage of this form of operation is
that John received the name, phone number and the detail of the message,
instantly! John uses his pager as a Personal Message Organizer since
the pager can store up to 20 messages.
Some Voice Mail systems can be programmed
to call QUIKPAGER Wireless and page voice mail notification.
Productivity increases tremendously.
Multiple points of entry of messages
Add at any time QUIKPAGER 2400 units
to increase the number of receptionist to input messages. Receptionists
can simultaneously type messages while other people use the telephone
to page.
Paging from any telephone
Connect a telephone line to QUIKPAGER. Use
any touch-tone telephone to page. For example, to page Mike, call
QUIKPAGER. You will hear a voice prompt asking for a pager
ID and for the telephone number where you want Mike to call you.
After hanging up, Mike receives the page in seconds. Purchase 4-LVU
units to use additional telephone lines to simultaneously page from
telephones.
The printer option
A printer connected to QUIKPAGER Wireless
could print a daily record of messages sent to each individual,
organized by name.
Commercial paging option
Program QUIKPAGER to send messages
to pagers or PCS text phones provided by commercial paging and phone
companies. QUIKPAGER Wireless uses its internal modem to dial,
connect and deliver messages to citywide or nationwide carriers.
