As our authorized Dealer, we provide you with full sales support in a cycle that can be described as follows: 1. Call to qualify a prospect. 2. Use the dialogue guide below with proven script to introduce PageRouter 3. Book a Webinar presentation for more than one individual. 4. Canamex Communications sales support staff will provide the presentation. 5. We will prepare a Proposal for you with prices and system configuration 6. You present the proposal and follow up. 7. You close the sale. 8. Canamex Communications will deliver the product and provide installation services, if needed. These are eight steps to increase your revenue by selling Canamex Communications equipment. COLD CALLING GUIDE Immediate Goals a) Identify the correct individual responsible of paging. b) Say "key" phrases to create an interest. c) Briefly explain solutions PageRouter offers. d) Listen to what their problems are and make notes. e) Determine their needs. f) Arrange for a webinar with more than one individual, if they qualify. Rules a) Avoid long greetings - be assertive. Say why you are calling right away and ask one questions. b) Ask one question at a time. c) Do not explain two features at the same time in the same sentence. Deal with one feature at a time and always finish with a "qualifying" question. d) If sent to voice mail, leave a short message and say that you will call back. Leave a call back number. e) Do not take more than 10 minutes to commit to a webinar with qualified candidates. f) If you have someone asking for specific questions that you cannot answer, call Canamex Communications sales line. Who you need to talk to In the order of importance, ask for the Manager of Operations, Communications, IT, Biomedics, Engineering and Telephone systems. Problems they have The Operations Manager is responsible to facilitate quick and reliable paging to Hospital staff and plays a very important roll in the decision process. This Operation Manager must be the primary target of your call. Main problems and key solutions a) Messages may take from 1 to 10 minutes to be received by commercial pagers. PageRouter can deliver messages in 2 seconds, a solution for code blue messages and staff-to-staff communications. b) Department and Nurse Supervisors cannot easily change and create Groups. PageRouter provides this flexibility using a browser and drag-and-drop action on a map. c) The Hospital may have a variety of onsite and commercial paging for Nurse call, visitors, code-blue, maintenance, and healthcare staff. PageRouter integrates all messages into one system providing logs and Message Management. The IT Manager's main problem is that current paging software requires installation of "software clients licenses" in each network computer.
