Operation reliability is a primordial asset of PageRouter. The price of PageRouter includes
operational elements to provide the highest possible level of trust and reliability that you need for
emergency messaging in a Hospital.

OPERATING SYSTEM

For true operation platform reliability, PageRouter uses Windows 2003 Server SP2 with SQL
database, the most reliable Windows operating system in the market today.

PROVEN RELIABILITY

PageRouter constantly runs its own "self-diagnostics" and "watchdogs" to report on its operation
status. Can our competitor's software do that? What value do you give to this critical feature
when your goal is to buy reliability?

RELIABILITY ALERTS

PageRouter will send alert messages to the Administrator if something happens that affects the
operation of the PageRouter system. For example, PageRouter will send alert messages to the
Administrator if:

a) The cable to the onsite transmitter becomes disconnected.

b) The message sent to an onsite pager was never transmitted over the air. (Canamex
Sentinel patented technology).

c) A message to a commercial paging company was not delivered.

RELIABILITY STATUS

PageRouter provides a Status Display showing CPU usage, SQL database usage, connection to
remote servers and other parameters. You can look at the reliability status of PageRouter at any
time.

TOTAL OPERATION INDEPENDENCY

Do not accept software that is installed in your company's server because you will introduce a
variable to the stability of your Server. Be aware that competitors may suggest installing
software in your main server.

PageRouter operates in an independent Windows 2003 Server connected to your network. This is
a fantastic approach because it will not conflict with your company's server at all, ever. Isn't this
