WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU NEED HELP


Contact your Dealer

When you need help, the first thing to do is to contact the company that sold to you our products. They will promptly respond to your call and assist in solving any programming problems or warranty claims.


For QUIKPAGER Wireless and DigiPager Wireless

Contact the Dealer that sold to you our product. Provide them with serial number and describe the problem.


QUIKPAGER 2400 users must contact the Paging Company

If you received your QUIKPAGER 2400, QUIKPAGER V2.0, V3.0 o V3.1 for a Paging Company such as Arch Communications, AirTouch, MetroCall, Mobilecom, etc., you MUST contact them for service and assistance with programming because they have all the information on your account, pager IDs, names, etc.

If you purchased miniPAGER, QUIKPAGER Wireless, DigiPager Wireless or any of our products directly from Canamex Communications, call (905) 475-5557 for assistance. Be ready to provide the serial number of the products and the date of purchase. Service calls within 30 days from the date of purchase will be at no charge.
